The real estate market is taking another hit in the U.S.. This mortgage crisis has really taken its toll. It seems a bit uncaring to say, but this is an excellent opportunity for those with the funds to find affordable property. You can look for all kinds of real estate deals that will make good sense.

What is good sense? Property that will pay the mortgage with the rental revenue. In the days of over inflated property values, this was almost impossible because the rent would not cover the mortgage. Lower real estate prices are bringing back the positive cash flow homes though.
