Managing this process becomes important. Often called business performance management, there is a need to have a good system to grow a business. Establish clear communication guidelines, encompassing policies that every can abide by, and a set of rules on how a business will run are necessary to keep consistency and the company heading in the same direction. It keeps things efficient and orderly.
