Investing In Stonebridge
Here is another investment property paid posting for PayU2Blog. This is another interesting one and definitely the most professional and put together website of the bunch I have seen.
The website is for Stonebridge Village. It is best described by a quote off the website:

There website has some very cool pictures and a map of the location for the properties. It looks absolutely beautiful and close by to Branson, Missouri. The website also features the golf course nearby called Ledgestone, which is an obvious selling feature.
This is the first time I have seen investment property for Missouri, but it definitely looks promising. In the mountains, close to the lake, pristine looking country side, close to a larger center, definitely has a lot of pluses for family or retired individual to take interest.
Investment properties are such a great idea as well. Usually an appreciating asset that takes a lot less work then a normal job would be the same payout in the end. It also gives you vacation possibilities and possible rental income.
