It is funny when you enter the work force and start to accumulate a bit of money. Your first big project is getting a house, but it doesn't take long and that is small potatoes.
Many of your friends begin to talk about moving to nicer areas and buying vacation property. Not just to flaunt money, but it is a natural progression to a better lifestyle and investment opportunity.
Personally, I would like to have my permanent home in one of these places. Why sink cash into two houses unless it is an investment opportunity.
